📧 Volunteer and Club Application Forms Have Now Been Sent

We are pleased to announce that all Volunteer Information Packs and Club Application Packs have now been emailed to everyone who has registered their interest in joining Sirens & Sparkles First Aid CIC.

This marks another exciting milestone as we continue preparing for the launch of our inclusive first aid and life skills clubs this September.

👥 Volunteers

If you have applied to volunteer, please complete and return your application forms as soon as possible.

To ensure everything is ready before our September launch, we are aiming to complete the recruitment process by 15 August 2026. This will allow sufficient time to:

• Complete DBS checks.

• Verify identity documents.

• Produce volunteer ID badges.

• Complete any required training.

• Prepare volunteers for their chosen roles.

🌊 Club Members

Parents and carers who have received a club application pack are asked to complete and return the forms as soon as possible.

As an inclusive SEND organisation, receiving application forms early allows us to carefully plan the support each child or young person may need before the clubs begin. This includes arranging 1:1 support, suitable small groups, volunteer numbers and any reasonable adjustments, ensuring every member has the best possible start.

Returning your forms promptly will help us to:

• Review medical, communication and support needs.

• Arrange 1:1 support or suitable small group placements, where required.

• Ensure the correct volunteer-to-member ratios are in place.

• Prepare individual care plans and support arrangements.

• Confirm your child's place at the club.

• Ensure everything is ready for the first sessions in September.
