Youth Leader
Help lead our club sessions and support members to learn, achieve, belong and grow.
About the Role
Our Youth Leaders are adult volunteers aged 18+ who help deliver our Sea Turtles, Otters and Dolphins club sessions for members with SEND.

You’ll work as part of the club team to help deliver activities, support members and make sure sessions are safe, welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable.

Some of our members need additional support with their personal care or health needs. Depending on the members attending your club and your training, this role may include providing personal care and supporting agreed medication needs.

Youth Leaders take on more responsibility than Youth Helpers and will receive appropriate training, guidance and support for their role.
