Care Plan & Risk Assessment
Following the meeting: A personalised care plan is created Relevant risk assessments are completed Nothing is rushed. Everything is prepared properly.
Start Date Confirmation
Once documentation is agreed. Group placement is confirmed Leaders briefed Start date issued Your child arrives prepared. Our team arrives prepared.
