The Dolphins club is the final stage in the Sirens & Sparkles journey.

It is designed for young adults who are building confidence, developing independence and preparing for real-life opportunities through practical skills, leadership and first aid knowledge.

Dolphins (Ages 18-25)

Members usually complete the full Dolphins journey over several years, at a pace that works for them.

All Sirens & Sparkles clubs are inclusive, supportive environments where young people feel safe, valued and encouraged.

What Do Dolphins Do?

Dolphins support young adults as they take on greater responsibility, develop leadership skills and apply their knowledge in real-life situations.

Sessions focus on building confidence, independence and practical skills that support everyday life, volunteering and future pathways.

Milestone Awards for Dolphins

Dolphins celebrate their progress by earning milestone awards as they complete badge subjects and develop new skills.

Each member progresses through four stages during their time in Dolphins:

  • Stage 1 – 3 badge subjects

  • Stage 2 – 6 badge subjects

  • Stage 3 – 9 badge subjects

  • Stage 4 – 12 badge subjects

Members typically complete 2–3 badge subjects per year, allowing them to build confidence, independence and real-life skills over time.

It provides a supportive and structured environment where young people can build confidence, develop independence, strengthen leadership skills and apply practical first aid knowledge in real-life situations.
